Patch Disability Support Services is actively seeking dedicated support workers to join our team. If you possess experience in providing assistance to individuals in areas such as domestic support, community access, and medication administration, we invite you to engage in a conversation with us.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

Facilitate transportation for participants to and from community-based activities.

Provide assistance with personal care, domestic tasks, and community access.

Encourage and support participants in choosing activities that promote their physical, intellectual, and social well-being.

Ensure timely completion of all assigned paperwork.

Administer medication as required.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
-
Possession of Cert III/IV in Disability Support or an equivalent qualification.
-
Minimum of 1-year experience working with participants with high care needs.

Proficient in both speaking and understanding English

Possession of a current full driving licence.

Completion of NDIS worker's screening check.

Current First Aid certification.

A clear and up-to-date police check.

Availability of a mobile phone for effective communication.
